Civil Engineer May 2016 Board Exam Results (List of Passers, Topnotchers, Performance of Schools)

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of May 2016 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination on Thursday, May 5, 2016.

The examination was conducted by the PRC on May 1 and 2, 2016 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban and Zamboanga.

A total of 2,245 out of 5,882 examinees passed the May 2016 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination, according to PRC (via PRC Website).

LUVINCCI DEL ROSARIO TAN, a graduate from MAPUA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY-MANILA, ranked first in the May 2016 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination with a rating of 93.70 percent.

Performance of Schools in May 2016 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination

DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY-MANILA emerged as the top performing school in the May 2016 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010, with 80.68 passing percentage or 71 out of 88 passed the exams.

The Board of Civil Engineering who administered the Civil Engineer Board Exam are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo as Chairman, with members namely Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero.

Starting May 11, 2016, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration..

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
  • 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
  • 2 sets of metered documentary stamps

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the May 2016 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination will be announced later, the PRC said.

During the last bar examination conducted last November 2015, a total of 3,935 out of 9,482 passed the Civil Engineers November 2015 Board board exam, PRC announced.
