Video Highlights: San Beda escapes Letran 89-85 (NCAA Season 92 - June 25, 2016)

The San Beda Red Lions got some semblance of revenge after escaping with a 89-85 win over the Colegio de San Juan de Letran Knights in the very first game of the NCAA 92 Senior Men’s Basketball Tournament.

The Letran defeated the San Beda in overtime, 85-82, in Game Three of the NCAA Season 91 finals.

Javee Mocon scored 18 points while Fil-Am newcomer Dave Potts added 16 for the Red Lions. Dan Sara contributed 14 while Donald Tankoua had 13 points.

Letran, under new coach Jeff Napa, led by John Quinto with 23 points. Rey Nambatac, who missed the final three minutes of the game due to cramps, finished with 18 points, nine boards, seven steals and three steals.
