Fisheries Technologist October 2016 Board Exam Results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of October 2016 Fisheries Technologist Licensure Examination on Tuesday, October 18, 2016.

The examination was conducted by the PRC on October 13 and 14, 2016 in Manila.

A total of 457 out of 1,391 examinees passed the October 2016 Fisheries Technologist Board Exam, according to PRC (via PRC Website).

INCE NEIL BOLASCO FUERTES, a graduate from the UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-VISAYAS-ILOILO CITY, ranked first in the October 2016 Fisheries Technologist Board Exam with a rating of 87.75 percent.

Performance of Schools in October 2016 Fisheries Technologist Licensure Examination

UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-VISAYAS-ILOILO CITY emerged as the top performing school in the October 2016 Fisheries Technologist Board Exam as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010, with 97.01 passing percentage or 65 out of 67 examinees passed the exams.

The Board of Fisheries who administered the Fisheries Technologist Board Exam are Westly R. Rosario as Chairman, and Catalino R. Dela Cruz, Member.

Starting October 21, 2016, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
  • 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
  • 2 sets of metered documentary stamps

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the October 2016 Fisheries Technologist Board Exam will be announced later, the PRC said.

During the examination conducted last October 2015, a total of 366 out of 1,014 passed the Fisheries Technologist Board board exam, PRC announced.
