The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of November 2016 Midwife Licensure Examination on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
The examination was conducted by the PRC on November 5 and 6, 2016 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
A total of 1,572 out of 3,085 examinees passed the November 2016 Midwife Board Exam, according to PRC (via PRC Website).

MARIBEL DOROJA SABENIA, a graduate from the ESTENIAS SCIENCE FOUNDATION SCHOOL-CASIGURAN SORSOGON, ranked first in the November 2016 Midwife Board Exam with a rating of 90.10 percent.

The Board of Midwiferywho administered the Midwife Board Exam are Dr. Alejandro R. San Pedro as Chairman, with members namely Dr. Remy B. Dequiña, Dr. Josephine H. Hipolito, Dr. Lolita I. Dicang and Ms. Rhodora L. Lopez.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line from November 15 to November 16, 2016. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
- 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
- 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the November 2016 Midwife Board Exam will be announced later, the PRC said.
During the last examination conducted last April 2016, a total of 1,055 out of 2,145 passed the Midwife board exam, PRC announced.
