Respiratory Therapist September 2017 Board Exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of September 2017 Respiratory Therapist Licensure Examination on Friday, September 8, 2017.

The examination was conducted by the PRC on September 6 and 7 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Davao and Zamboanga.

A total of 597 out of 974 examinees passed the September 2017 Respiratory Therapist Board Exam, according to PRC (via PRC Website).

ALMA CERA CASTRO, a graduate of CAGAYAN STATE UNIVERSITY-ANDREWS CAMPUS(TUG), ranked first in the September 2017 Respiratory Therapist Board Exam with a rating of 88.75 percent.

Performance of Schools in September 2017 Respiratory Therapist Licensure Examination

With 50 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing percentage, CAGAYAN STATE UNIVERSITY-ANDREWS CAMPUS (TUG.) emerged as the top performing school in the September 2017 Respiratory Therapist Board Exam as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010, with 96.49% passing percentage or 55 out of 57 examinees passed the exam.

The Board of Respiratory Therapy who administered the September 2017 Respiratory Therapist Board Exam are Engr. Francis V. Mapile as Chairman and Engr. Jaime V. Mendoza, Member.

From September 14 to September 15, 2017, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • Notice of admission
  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • 2 pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag)
  • 2 sets of metered documentary stamps

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the mass oathtaking of the successful examinees in the September 2017 Respiratory Therapist Licensure Examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.

During the last examination conducted last September 2016, a total of 582 out of 818 examinees passed the Respiratory Therapist board exam, PRC announced.

RUTH CUYAM-AN SACLA topped the September 2016 Respiratory Therapist Board Exam with a rating of 89.00%.
