Geodetic Engineer October 2017 Board Exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of October 2017 Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination on Monday, October 30, 2017.

The examination was conducted by the PRC on October 25 and 26 in the cities of Manila and Cebu.

A total of 372 out of 750 examinees passed the October 2017 Geodetic Engineer Board Exam, according to PRC (via PRC Website).

Performance of Schools in October 2017 Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination

With 50 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing percentage, UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-DILIMAN emerged as the top performing school in the October 2017 Geodetic Engineer Board Exam as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010, with 97.56% passing percentage or 80 out of 82 examinees passed the exam.

The Board of Geodetic Engineering who administered the October 2017 Geodetic Engineer Board Exam are Engr. Epifanio D. Lopez as Chairman, with members namely Engr. Concordio D. Zuñiga and Engr. Randolf S. Vicente.

Starting November 3, 2017, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • Notice of admission
  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • 2 pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag)
  • 2 sets of metered documentary stamps

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the mass oathtaking of the successful examinees in the October 2017 Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.

During the last examination conducted last October 2016, a total of 232 out of 555 examinees passed the Geodetic Engineer board exam, PRC announced.

DIANNE LEA LINGCONG DAMIAN, DANIEL EVIDENTE DUMLAO and VIGEL DEMILLO RAMIREZ topped the October 2016 Geodetic Engineer Board Exam with a rating of 85.20%.
