The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of November 2016 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination on Wednesday, November 16, 2016.
The examination was conducted by the PRC on November 12 and 13, 2016 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Tacloban and Zamboanga.
A total of 5,036 out of 10,972 examinees passed the November 2016 Civil Engineer Board Exam, according to PRC (via PRC Website).

SIRVEN CARANDANG GARIBAY, a graduate from the UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-LOS BAÑOS, ranked first in the November 2016 Civil Engineer Board Exam with a rating of 93.20 percent.

UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES-DILIMAN emerged as the top performing school in the November 2016 Civil Engineer Board Exam as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010, with 96.08 passing percentage or 98 out of 102 examinees passed the exams.
The Board of Civil Engineering who administered the Civil Engineer Board Exam are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo as Chairman, with members namely Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
- 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
- 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the November 2016 Civil Engineer Board Exam will be announced later, the PRC said.
During the last examination conducted last May 2016, a total of 2,245 out of 5,882 passed the Civil Engineer board exam, PRC announced.
