Watch the presscon of PAGASA below regarding the Low Pressure Area in east of Mindanao. It is expected to turn into a typhoon and it will be named "Bagyong Nina".

The tropical cyclone with international name NOCK-TEN is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) either Thursday night or Friday morning.

The forecast from state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) showed that the tropical storm is expected to make landfall over Bicol region on Christmas eve.

Meamwhile, the US Navy's Hawaii-based Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) posted a track of the storm and expecting the storm to make landfall over Southern Luzon.
