The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of January 2017 Dentist Licensure Examination (Practical Phase) on Tuesday, January 10, 2017.
The examination was conducted by the PRC on January 4, 5, 6 and 7 in Manila.
A total of 605 out of 1,150 examinees passed the January 2017 Dentist Board Exam, according to PRC (via PRC Website).

ALLAN FRED GARCIA CAMUNGOL, a graduate from the CENTRO ESCOLAR UNIVERSITY-MAKATI, ranked first in the January 2017 Dentist Board Exam with a rating of 84.30 percent.

The Board of Dentistry who administered the Dentist Board Exam are Dr. Rannier F. Reyes as Officer-In-Charge, with members namely Dr. Gloria M. Bumanlag, Dr. Melinda L. Garcia, Dr. Roberto M. Tajonera and Dr. Maria Jona D. Godoy.
From January 17 to January 19, 2017, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
- 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
- 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
During the last examination conducted last June 2016, a total of 329 out of 734 examinees passed the Dentist board exam, PRC announced.
