The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the official results of May 2017 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination on Thursday, May 11, 2017.
The examination was conducted by the PRC on April 7 and 8 in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
A total of 2,514 out of 6,998 examinees passed the May 2017 Civil Engineer Board Exam, according to PRC (via PRC Website).

DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY-MANILA emerged as the top performing school in the May 2017 Civil Engineer Board Exam as per Commission Resolution No. 2010-547 series of 2010, with 81.90 passing percentage or 86 out of 105 examinees passed the exams.
The Board of Civil Engineering who administered the Civil Engineer Board Exam are Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo as Chairman, with members namely Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero.
From May 19, 2017 to May 25, 2017, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
- 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
- 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the mass oathtaking of the successful examinees in the May 2017 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
During the last examination conducted last November 2016, a total of 5,036 out of 10,972 examinees passed the Civil Engineer board exam, PRC announced.
